Refunds & Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in creating unique, custom pet portraits and personalized products. Because each item is made to order, our refund and return policy has a few important guidelines:
Digital Portraits (Custom Artwork)
• All digital portraits are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once the artwork process has begun.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial proof, we offer up to five (5) complimentary revisions to ensure your portrait meets expectations.
• Additional revisions may incur a fee.
• Refunds are only available if we have not started the artwork.
Printed Portraits, Apparel & Mugs (Physical Products)
• Because these items are customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, color, or spelling).
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Replacements will be processed at no additional cost for errors on our end.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the artwork or printing has begun.
Processing Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
