What kind of photo should I upload?

Upload a high-resolution JPG, JPEG or PNG (300 DPI minimum) showing your pet’s face clearly. Good lighting and a front-facing pose work best. All breeds, sizes, and colors are welcome! If your photo needs enhancement, we’ll optimize it.

Do I need to submit my pet photo(s) at checkout or can I send later?

You have the option of uploading your photo(s) at checkout, or if you’re not ready and need more time—no worries—email your image(s) ASAP to: submitphoto@tbportraitsplus.com. To submit multiple images use our TBP Dropbox link: TBP Dropbox, where they will be safely stored and deleted once transferred.

What artistic styles can I choose from?

We offer styles like charcoal, crosshatch, oil painting, ink wash, sketch, vector pop, watercolor, and more. Specify your preference during checkout or contact us to discuss custom options. Click on any link to view examples.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Digital proofs are sent within 1-3 business days. After your approval (up to 5 proofs), digital files are delivered within 24 hours. Physical items ship within 3-5 business days post-approval. Rush processing (1-day proofs) is available for an addition fee of $15.

Can I request revisions to the portrait?

Yes! We provide up to 5 digital proofs with free revisions to ensure your portrait is perfect. Share feedback via email at: suppport@tbportraitsplus.com, and we’ll refine details like colors or textures. You may also leave a detailed *NOTE* during ‘Checkout‘ if you have additional requirements or questions about the process. We want to make sure you’re absolutely 101% satisfied with your final artwork and print.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final portrait?

Your satisfaction is our priority. With up to 5 proofs, we work closely to meet your vision. If issues persist, contact us via support@TBPortraitsPlus.com for a resolution, though custom digital files are non-refundable once approved.

Can I order portraits for multiple pets in one image?

Absolutely! We encourage feedback every step of the way. You want your portrait to match your vision. Contact us: support@TBPortraitsPlus.com before ordering for a quote and instructions on uploading multiple photos.

What products can I order?

Choose from digital downloads, canvas prints, premium art paper prints, custom mugs & apparel, and coming soon: stickers and greeting cards. All are crafted from your photo and printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. International shipping Coming SOON. Contact us for specific rates or expedited options.

Can I use the digital file for multiple prints?

Yes, digital files are for personal use and can be printed at your preferred vendor. Commercial use or reproduction requires written permission.
