No upfront design fees; the full amount covers everything, including up to 5 digital proofs for approval. Upload your photo(s) at checkout, or if you’re not ready and need more time—no worries—email your image(s) ASAP to: submitphoto@tbportraitsplus.com. To submit multiple images use our Dropbox: TBP Dropbox, where they will be safely stored and deleted once transferred. Image format: JPG, JPEG, PNG at 300 dpi or above. Step 3. Design | Proofing (1-3 Days Processing)
Once your order is placed, we dive in within 24 hours. Using your photo as a base, we’ll recreate your pet’s image in your chosen style—capturing your pet’s loyal gaze or playful energy. Within 1-3 business days, you’ll receive your first proof via email (a watermarked JPEG preview). Review it and reply with feedback: “Love the colors—make fur fluffier!” We work quickly, providing up to 5 digital proofs until you’re thrilled. This back-and-forth ensures it’s perfect, with most approvals wrapping in 1-2 rounds.
Step 4. Final Delivery | Unbridled Joy!
Upon your “Approved!” reply, we’ll finalize the high-resolution digital file (or print/ship physical items). Your digital download arrives via email within hours—ready for your own printing or POD use. For prints (e.g., canvas via our large-format setup), expect shipping in 3-5 days.
